What's more important than your health??? NOTHING!

What's more important than your health???  NOTHING!

It's not as difficult as you might think to get healthy.
Just focus on 3 things:  Body, Mind, & Spirit.

Body -

What does your body need?  Exercise & Nutrition

Exercise - A 45 minute fast paced walk (at least twice weekly) and weights/strength training (twice weekly) are easy to work into your busy life.  A strong body will fight off disease and recover from injury much better than a weak and feeble body.

Nutrition - The most important thing you can cut out of your diet is SUGAR!
Sugar is pro-inflammatory, which is one major reason for chronic diseases.  Sugar increases erratic brain cell firing, which means the brain cells don't communicate well with each other.  Perhaps most alarming, sugar is addictive.  Try substituting sugar with applesauce or coconut sugar.  You'll get the sweetness you desire without damaging your mind and body.

Mind -

What does your mind need?  Exercise & Nutrition

Say what????

Yes, your brain needs the same things your body needs to be healthy and strong!

As you gain weight and become obese, your brain actually shrinks.  As you return to a healthy Body Mass Index, your brain will begin to heal itself and become healthier too!

What else can help improve your brain health?
  • Playing Word Games
  • Learning a New Language
  • LAUGHING!!!!!
  • Learning a New Dance
  • Playing Table Tennis
  • Learning a Musical Instrument
  • Taking EHT - Mind Enhancement Supplement
Spirit -

What do you need to live a longer, healthier life?  Happiness

Scientific evidence suggests that positive emotions can help make life longer and healthier.

Fleeting positive emotions aren’t enough.  Lowering your stress levels over a period of years with a positive outlook and relaxation techniques could reduce your risk of health problems.

Feel good by seeking pleasurable emotions and sensations.  Focus on reaching happiness by maximizing pleasure and minimizing pain.

Engage fully by totally immersing yourself in and concentrating on what you are doing.

Do good by searching for meaning outside yourself.  This will allow you to get to know your true self, and act in accordance with your virtues.
